Terms:

Your reservation: may be made by telephone, and will be held for up to seven days, pending payment of deposit. When booking please enclose a deposit for half of the total payable.  The balance by cheque is due four weeks before your holiday starts. In the unlikely event of cancellation after the balance has been paid, this will be refunded only if we are able to re-let the period booked. All Cheques to be made payable to: Elaine Benfield

We include: electricity and heating in our rates.

Linen: we do supply sheets, duvets and covers, pillowcases, tea towels and bath towels. 

Smoking: To ensure the continued enjoyment of our accommodation by others, we ask all guests not to smoke.

Arrival: should be after 3.30pm unless prior arrangements are made w hen booking.

Departure: We ask guests to vacate by 11am on the day of departure.

The owners accept no liability for any damage or injury that guests may sustain to their persons or property.

BUSINESS VISITORS:-

If, on the other hand, yours is a business visit to the area you will find that, with Nottingham, Mansfield and Newark, Lincoln within easy reach, is an ideal location for relaxation at the end of a day's work.

DIRECTIONS:

The village is situated five minutes drive off the A1 motorway with excellent road links to Lincoln, Sheffield and Nottingham. There is a main line railway station at Retford and East Midlands airport is approximately a one hour drive away and Doncaster airport is approximately 20 minutes away.
